The Athena Process

The design process is always a close collaboration with the client. We do not pretend to know everything about you or your user before the process begins, and we'll take the time to get to know you, your business, and your constituency.

Bells and whistles often are too loud. We won't push the latest and greatest technologies on you if they are not good for your user or your site. We are capable of implementing these technologies, but will not do them for you unless they are right. A simple, easy to navigate site is often much more user-friendly than a site full of animation and bad music.

We will speak in a language you understand. If you want tech talk, we've got it. But we can also break down tech talk in easy to understand language. Please ask questions about your site. We feel that the more you know, the better you will be able to make decisions about the future of your site.
